We spend a lot of time researching Eco related WebSites. Often, we are so impressed that we issue an EcoAward based on the content.

• 1. Website Content: The amount and relevance of the information provided and it's ability to convey the organization's message or mission.
  
• 2. Graphic Design: The ease of use and layout of the site with a focus on cross-browser capability and trends in Web Development.
  
• 3. Communication: Availability of newsletters, contacts, calendars and updated content.

We spend no less than one month watching and interacting with a site before we narrow down our contenders for the monthly award.  We are carefully to obtain as much information from just the site to completely comprehend it's message.

Our first EcoAwards will be given out on Jan 1st, 2010 and winners will be contacted by email. The award is a permanent listing on our site, accolade statement and Web Badge to display on the winning site.

Each Web Badge is custom made for the site based on their layout and design.
